eTherapy in Action
Individual therapy is a process through which clients work one-on-one with a therapist in a safe, caring, and confidential environment. They will explore their feelings, beliefs, or behaviors as they create a safe space together. The session will work through challenges, identify aspects of their lives that they would like to grow, better understand themselves and others by working towards personal goals. Common Issues in Individual Therapy (not limited to): Depression Anxiety/Panic Disorder Stress & Anger Management Mood Disorder Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Grief, Loss & Bereavement Identity Formation & Confusion Emotional Growth & Resilience Spiritual Confusion & Shame
Family therapy is a type of approach that helps family members improve communication and resolve conflicts. It can be used by individual family members meeting at the same time, or the family members can be together, physically, at once while connecting with a therapists using video-based platform.
People go to couples therapy to work on challenges in their relationship. The couple/partners learn how to work through their issues, communicate better, and develop relationship skills to maintain a healthy connection and enhance the quality of a positive relationship.
