I will share some possible signs of a people-pleaser so you can take a step back and revisit your boundaries so you can improve your inner healing. The first sign is that you put other people's needs before your own.Allow others to take advantage of your kindness and allow them to make you feel lousy because of your kindness.Maybe you avoid conflicts by submitting to their needs and wants. Maybe you've noticed that you take care of others while neglecting yourself.When you take care of yourself, you feel guilty and go help people instead of yourself. You find it hard to say no or turn down invitations. You take more responsibilities onto your plate than necessary and you become overwhelmed.You stay in unsatisfying relationships or situations. You are indecisive and often need others to help you make decisions.You minimize your own feelings and needs.You compromise your values if it means people will like you.If you find that some of those signs fit you then maybe it is time for you to re-evaluate your relationships with people and set a goal to improve your inner health.
